Taiwan Photo Journal by Marcus Lim
Went to Taipei and Hualian last Dec for a retreat. Love the place. The people are friendly, the food is glorious and activity aplenty till late hours of the night. Yes, thanks to the Taiwan’s trademark Night markets. Dan Shui and Jiufen are certainly worth a trip.
For a photography junkie, it was a rich harvest for me. There are so many photo-stories to capture. The talkative squirrel at YangMingSan, the precision drill of ceremonial guards, the young entrepreneur at Shilng Night Market and the poor handicapped lady who crawled all her way in the busy street.
