OVERVIEW

Takumi-Max was founded by a group of hobbyists with a shared passion for scale modelling and a desire to build a creative platform for the modelling community. Its product range focuses on highly detailed armour models, bringing the craft and fascination of scale modelling to a wider audience.

For its posters and product catalogue, Takumi-Max needed a clean and distinctive visual presentation that would place the models at the centre while communicating product information clearly. The materials also needed to reflect the precision, craftsmanship and considered nature of the hobby.

  • A restrained editorial approach: A minimal visual language with strong typography, generous negative space and a controlled colour palette gives the publications a contemporary character without competing with the subject.
  • Photography that reveals the craft: Product photography was carefully composed to highlight the form, detail and character of each model, giving the catalogue and posters a strong visual focus.
  • Clear and considered content: Copywriting and information design were developed to present technical specifications and product details in a concise, accessible manner.

The result is a cohesive editorial and promotional system that elevates scale modeling into a premium visual brand, commanding attention while letting the intricate craftsmanship of each model take center stage.
