OVERVIEW
Landscape Study of Local Food Support – Hunger Report III is a research study by the Institute of Policy Studies examining Singapore’s local food support landscape. Authored by Dr Seah Lay Hoon and Ms Tay Poh Ling, the study looks at how community food support is delivered, who it reaches, and the different models through which support is organised.
The report consolidates evidence-based insights into the challenges, collaboration opportunities and systemic gaps within Singapore's food support landscape. Designed for policymakers, non-profit organisations, researchers and community stakeholders, the publication plays an important role in strengthening awareness and encouraging innovation towards a more resilient and equitable food ecosystem.

- Visual pacing: The placement of infographics, charts, pull-outs and supporting visual elements creates variation across the pages, helping sustain attention through the longer sections.
- Typography and layout: A restrained typographic system and considered use of space support readability while keeping the overall publication cohesive and research-led.
The result is a dual-format publishing solution that translates complex data into an editorial experience, utilizing visually rich layouts across a 94-page digital report and a streamlined 8-page print brochure.
